Integrating Your Soul Qualities

It is helpful to remember that your higher soul qualities are completely natural to the essence of your being – who you really are. Yet too often they have become forgotten, buried or placed aside in this life. It is your job to remember and re-identify with your soul and it’s elevated qualities. For they are not the roller coaster ride of your emotional body. They are not the continuous babble of the little ‘ego’s’ mind. They are not your belief systems or perspectives of the past. They are not the stories you have told yourself. They are not the patterns and conditioning of this or previous lives. They are in fact the steady and consistent feelings that arise from the quiet and still inside. Simply authentic and true of you. Qualities such as love, compassion, courage, patience, peace or joy. Ever steadying the mind and soothing the emotions. Lifting you up. Higher and higher. An upward spiral that feels so good and right for you. Transforming the course of your life. And of course you can simply call on your higher self to help you integrate, embody and express them more and more fully.
